Profile

Since joining the firm in 2008, Jeff Elder has provided world-class assistance and support to our attorneys as a certified paralegal.

Jeff has an extensive background in commercial and personal litigation, construction law, residential and commercial transactions, labor and employment law, airport and aviation cases, and related real estate issues.

Through the course of his career, Jeff has assisted attorneys in managing case files, drafting and responding to discovery requests. He is also responsible for analyzing, managing, summarizing and translating legal documents for clients.

Jeff also has extensive trial experience across the country. He is also an expert in the use of Sanction – legal presentation software – that allows for the electronic importation and organization of case files, exhibits and documents, thereby making the firm’s trial presentation more organized and expandable for Baird Williams & Greer clients.

Jeff’s years of experience and technological background are vital components to many of BWG’s complex litigation cases. His expertise has helped to achieve many successful verdicts and settlements. Most recently, he assisted BWG attorneys in the following cases:

    • Valley Aviation v. City of Glendale with a jury award of $1,777,918
    • RCS v. ABC Developmental Learning Centers with a jury award of $47,031,574

Jeff is aggressively focused on getting the results BWG clients need in an efficient and cost effective manner.
